Migrants represents 3% of the whole worldwide inhabitants. The greatest part of migrations are limited to "South-South" transfers

In France, about 2 millions immigrants are sending in their native country a little bit less than 1 billion euros per year. The total budget of the French State amounts to 274 billons euros for 2003, with 40 billions a spent in International Development Help. The GNP was for this same year of 1.550 millions of euros.

For example, 10% of the GNP of Mali comes from migrants' transfers. This same year 2003, Mali's GNP was of 2.500 billions CFA Francs, i.e. 3,8 billions euros...

There are some children who were born behind the "protective bars" of refugee camps. They did not went out before they died. In name of which Human Rights do we sentence children to life imprisonment ?
